Beta privacy notice

What this covers

This notice covers the beta application at beta.nexoflow.ai. Once you use NexoFlow itself, the NexoFlow privacy policy applies.

What we collect

• What you type into the form: your name, email, business details, website and your answers.
• Public information about the website you give us, from a light automatic check of its homepage.
• How you found us (campaign tags in the link, or the site you came from), and a scrambled version of your IP address that we use to stop spam.
• Anonymous counts of how many people view the page and finish each step. Our own counting uses no cookies.

We never ask for passwords, API keys or logins in the application. A small cookie remembers your unfinished application so you can come back to it.

Why

To decide which businesses fit the first beta group, to contact you about your application, and to understand which channels bring good applicants. We only send product news if you ticked that box, and you can stop it at any time.

Who sees it

The NexoFlow team. Emails are sent through Brevo, and visit statistics go to Google Analytics if you allow it. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else.

Analytics, only if you allow it

If you tap Allow on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit, where they come from, and how far they get in the application. It sets cookies (named _ga) and sees your device, browser and rough location. It never gets your name, email, website or anything you type into the form, and we do not use it for ads. If you tap No thanks, Google Analytics never loads. You can change your answer any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.

How long we keep it

Unfinished applications are deleted after 30 days. Applications that are not selected are kept for up to 12 months, so we can contact you about later groups, and then deleted. If you join the beta, your application becomes part of your NexoFlow account.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your application at any time by emailing [email protected].
